We have just launched a new website for Missing People. Missing People are the only UK charity lifeline for the 180,000 people who run away and go missing each year. They also provide support for family and friends.
The website is an important channel for ensuring that any missing person or loved one, in moments of crisis, can quickly and easily access the information or support they need, in the way that they choose.
The UX phase of this project revealed there was a real opportunity to make it more usable, findable and trackable. The ambition was to create a scalable, responsive website that supports the charity’s aim to increase the number of people they reach and help whilst generating new income leads and fundraising.
We applied a mobile-first approach that integrates an improved information architecture with a streamlined donation journey to ensure that all content is easy and quick to find and encourages donations.
